SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments within Greece are served by ACS with a delivery time of 1-3 working days, while for hard-to-reach areas up to 5 working days.
International orders are sent by DHL with a delivery time of up to 7 working days and the times depend on the destination country, within the EU, outside the EU, rest of the world.
The estimated delivery time is indicative and counts from the day of dispatch. Kirki΄s Eye is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by circumstances beyond its control.
For the exact shipping cost, inside or outside Greece, you will be informed during the checkout, as there is a link between the courier companies through a special application with our online store.
For domestic orders over €100, shipping costs are free.
* Order confirmation does not guarantee the availability of each product, although we make every effort to fulfill all orders. Acceptance of an order does not legally imply its execution, as it is successfully completed when a shipment completion email is received.
RETURN POLICY
Our main concern is the upgraded shopping experience from our online store and the love for our products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is the possibility of a full or partial refund - if it is more than one product - strictly within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.

You can choose between changing the item to another of your choice or a credit balance.
- PRODUCT EXCHANGE Products can be exchanged for any available item or size.
- ISSUING CREDIT BALANCE The credit balance can be used within 3 months from the return date.
In order for a return to be accepted, all products must be in perfect condition, unwashed or otherwise used, with tags and original packaging, exactly as received and accompanied by the original receipt repayment.
Returns are not accepted for products marked "NON-RETURNABLE" in their description, for products from countries outside the EU and for specific products, such as swimwear, sunglasses and jewellery.
The cost of return is borne entirely by the customer and the return can be made with any courier company of your choice, provided that it serves our company headquarters.
The online store is not responsible for any additional charges, including currency exchange differences, import fees, restrictions or other local regulations.
PAYMENT METHODS
CREDIT, DEBIT OR PREPAID CARD
Payment via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.
Transactions up to 6 interest-free installments are accepted, regardless of amount.
All payments made using a card are processed through the "Nexi e-Commerce" electronic payment platform that uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
KIRKI΄S EYE does not process or store any credit or other card information.
PAY ON DELIVERY
Make sure someone is present between 9am and 5pm to sign for and pay for the delivery.
